YCP 2026 National Conference

Unshakeable:
A Samurai’s Path to Sainthood

April 10–12, 2026
Dallas
Marriott at Legacy Town Center

Where Catholic Professionals Become a Community.

The Christian life was never meant to be lived alone. Blessed Takayama Ukon, a Japanese samurai who gave up status, homeland, and even his life rather than abandon his faith, is the patron of this year’s YCP National Conference. Takayama walked his path of courage with a community of exiled believers by his side, finding strength in shared fidelity and hope. In the same spirit, you’ll encounter at the YCP 2026 National Conference a nationwide community of Catholic professionals who share your mission, your challenges, and your desire to live faithfully in the workplace. This is where faith meets fellowship, and where Catholic professionals become a communion.

Nationwide Networking - Multiple intentional connection points throughout the weekend to help you meet other Catholics who share your goals

Learn from mentors - speak with leaders who integrate faith into their professional lives and can help you do the same

Shared witness - be strengthened by the stories of peers and executives navigating faith in today’s workplaces

Faith at the center - encounter Christ together through prayer, sacraments, and fellowship

Always for Christ

Workshops that Arm You for the Mission

Step into hands-on sessions that equip you with real tools to witness at work, tackle cultural challenges head-on, and grow as a professional disciple. You’ll leave not just informed, but confident and ready to put your faith into action.

Connections that Last Beyond the Weekend

Meet Catholics from across the nation with more connection opportunities than ever before, whether through happy hours or intentional forum groups. These aren’t just contacts. They’re teammates on the journey, brothers and sisters who will walk with you long after the weekend ends.

The Location

The Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center, in the heart of North Texas, offers the perfect setting, steps from shops, restaurants, and green spaces, while giving us space to pray, learn, and build community together.

Directions

We recommend flying into Dallas Love Field (DAL) or Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). From there, Uber or Lyft make for an easy trip to the Dallas/Plano Marriott. If you’re a Belong member, use the community groups to coordinate ride-shares with other attendees and start building connections before you even arrive.

Had a great time meeting everyone at the YCP conference! Grateful for all the inspiring conversations, new friendships, and the blend of prayer time and professional development time.

Andreas Fathalla

Belong Member, 2025 Conference Attendee

Wow, what a conference! Every aspect of the meeting was wonderful. Thank you so much. The impact on all the participants was surely massive. Even an old guy like me was inspired to new spiritual heights!

Dwight Riskey

Former YCP Board Member, 2025 Conference Attendee

I had one of the best experiences attending the Young Catholic Professionals Conference. I met so many people, made meaningful friendships, learned from extraordinary speakers, but most importantly, got to participate in daily Mass and prayer. It was more than I ever expected. As I have transitioned back to my normal routine, I already notice a difference in the way I manage my work and personal life. Thank you Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati and YCP for giving me so much.

Analyn Navar

Belong Member, 2025 Conference Attendee

This conference was inspiring & I can't thank you enough for a great, Christ-centered weekend. It was amazing seeing friends I made last year, and meeting new friends this year. The speakers and overall environment were phenomenal once again. It’s clear a lot of work went into making this a great experience, and everyone I spoke with had wonderful things to say!

When I reflect on my conference experience there is an emphasis on faith, friendship and reflection. The weekend was such a beautiful time to pause and focus on growing in faith by example of Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati. It's so special to have those moments of intentionality and dedicated time to really focus on personal, spiritual and professional development. The opportunity to connect with new and old friends is also such a blessing! I made such strong connections at the conference, even with people I literally met that weekend, but the shared faith, morals and values helps create such a strong, instantaneous bond and I'm so grateful for it!

It was just fabulous. You guys put in 150% to everything to make it nice for us. It truly was an upscale conference for our young professionals, which I felt so honored to be a part of.
